We ended our vacation to China and Japan last weekend. Everything was fantastic. The travel arrangements were first class.
Everything worked to our schedule. The hotels were incredible. The 4 Seasons in Tokyo has to be one of the finest hotels anywhere.
The service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. We felt the same about the 4 Seasons in Shanghai. The
location was perfect. They upgraded us at no cost to a deluxe room fit for a emperor. The service staff could not have been friendlier.
The Harbour Grand in Hong Kong was great too. We enjoyed all of the city tours. We got what we paid for. The tour guides were
fabulous. We give special thanks to Alex our guide in Shanghai. He was really an outstanding young man and treated us like royalty.
If we decide to travel again to Asia we will certainly look to your company for any packages that would suit our needs. Thanks for
coordinating this trip for us.

We had a great honeymoon! The flight, hotels, transfers, and tours all went smoothly and it was a lot of fun! I know I called you
a lot with MANY questions and you answered them all very CLEARLY and made me feel comfortable. Thank you also for your extra
effort when you were able to get us on the later flight back home from Bali to Singapore.
I also wanted to put in a great recommendation for the tour guide in Bali, IWAYAN WIDIARTA. He was right on time for the transfer
from the airport. We were in a foreign country and he made us feel very welcome and taught us a lot about the culture and the island.
I think that a great company like Globotours and a tour guide like IWAYAN WIDIARTA in Bali is a great combination and the both of
you should have a close relationship to make many other tourists in the future very happy.

We really enjoyed the trip, The Furama was an excellent place to stay because of its central location, the Nusa Dua was a fantastic
hotel (we wished we could have stayed longer!) and of course Singapore Airlines definitely made it easier, with their quality service
and comfortable aircraft, to fly around to all these countries.

We came home safe and sound last night after world-wind of a culinary journey - we love every bit of it from the Hong Kong to

Just wanted to let you know that our trip to Singapore, Bangkok and Phuket went great. We loved Singapore and Bangkok, The hotels were wonderful and all transfers work well. The guides were very courteous and fun. The Hotel in Phuket was not so great and we were glad to leave after two days. Maybe all the tourists had to do with that. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and you did a great job putting it all together.

I just wanted to let you know that Frank, Vienna and I had a wonderful time on our Asia trip!
All the flights were timely and everything went smoothly with the hotels and tours. I can only offer positive feedback, and I told my friends that our trip was a “steal” (great bargain).
Phuket was very nice and the Thai people are wonderful. We loved the Banyan Tree! My massage was awesome and I’m so glad it was included with the package. We felt so pampered at the hotel.
Our last stop, Beijing, our tour guide, Steven, was very accommodating. We liked having our own private van and the two lunches provided were very good.

Now that I am back in South Carolina & over my jet lag, I want to tell you how much I enjoyed my trip to your beautiful country (China). The itinerary of the tour was superb & well planned. All of the hotels met all my expectations and more.

Now that I am back home and finally rested up, I want to thank you for the incredible job you did in taking our group around China. It was a trip I will remember always. Your patience, good humor and amazing knowledge of your country made our tour that much better. I think most of us were unaware of how beautiful your country is when you get out of the cities. I would love to come back again to see other parts of China that we didn't have time to see, just as our country is too large to see in one trip. Maybe someday! And you can be sure I would request that you be my guide!
Thank you for everything you did for us. Many times you went beyond what you were paid to do to make things easier for us. You do not have an easy job herding a bunch of American tourists through airports and crowded tourist sites, from one "happy room to the next" while keeping everyone happy. But you did it and there was never a complaint from anyone.
I hope you will remember us fondly as we will never forget you.

Our trip was fantastic!!!!!!! It was a trip of a lifetime. The resort was the most amazing place I have ever stayed in. The service was outstanding.
It was a good trip (A Thai Treat). I was especially impressed with all three hotels, the Bangkok Sofitel, the Chiang Mai Holiday Inn, and the Phuket Marriott Courtyard Kamala Beach. The rooms were all clean, spacious, well appointed, and in excellent condition. All three hotels had exceptional breakfast buffets. The service at the hotels, as well as with the guide service, was flawless.

We wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we were with the arrangements you made for us in Beijing. We couldn’t have had a better, more knowledgeable guide and wanted to make sure you had his name. Aaron knew historical details, cultural facts, and much more, plus he was very attentive to our needs. We left our camera over an hour out of town, and at the end of the day, he went on his own in his car to retrieve it for us! He also helped with misc other little things we needed. We would recommend him highly for anyone traveling to China. While he lives in Beijing, I believe he takes tours all over the country. I know we will request him when we return to China.

We were in Beijing on a tour arranged by Globotours of Los Angeles USA. We arrived there on the 22nd of November and departed on the 25th of November. Peter met with us at the airport and provided all the support we needed during our stay in China. He was very friendly, and personable. He was very attentive to our needs and took care of most of the things we needed without asking for it. He was very concerned about our well beings at the end of the tour everyday and even recommended local restaurants for dinner for us. We liked all his recommendations and enjoyed the hospitality at reasonable value. We have used many tour agencies before in many countries including in China- Shanghai. We believe this time we found somebody truly interested in taking care of us.
We are writing this to just let you know about our appreciation of Peter’s work and thank you for having Peter take care of us while we were in China. He is truly a remarkable person.

I’m finally almost caught up with everything since returning from our fabulous vacation.
We’ve been telling everyone what a great travel agent you are.
All of the guides and drivers took very good care of us. And they all told us to thank you for giving them our business. We got to see and do so much more than we could have on our own.
Singapore Airlines’ service matched the expectations we had from their reputation. Thai Airways was excellent as well.
Bangkok - The heat and humidity are impossible. But where else could one take a walk on Saturday night and run into a man taking a walk with his elephant? We loved it!
What can one say about The Peninsula? It was Fabulous. I am so glad you gave me that last little push. The location was wonderful. We loved taking the hotel boats back and forth - and we did so many, many times in our 3 days. The room was so luxurious. Room service was beyond what we could have imagined.
Our guide was delightful. The tour you planned was exactly right. Taking us out on the river in a tail boat made us feel like natives.
Chiang Mai - Again, our guide and driver were right there waiting for us upon arrival.
Our big touring day came and it was a really big day. The guide was excellent. We saw so much. And of course, we visited the elephant camp and took the elephant ride. That was a very special experience.
Upon our return to the airport in Chiang Mai we looked back on our days in Thailand with real appreciation for the trip you’d put together for us.
We saw and did so much because of the arrangements you’d made for the guides and drivers. We always felt completely cared for in a culture we didn’t fully understand. We felt, and still feel, very fortunate to have found you.
And mostly for Andy and myself to simply say THANK YOU for providing us with this wonderful experience. Next stop, Mongolia!!

We have returned from our trip to Singapore and Sarawak and wanted to tell you how wonderful it was. You all did a fabulous job with the reservations, the hotels, tours, airport transportation, etc. Things were right on schedule, the guides were great and we particularly enjoyed our guide in Sarawak - Gary. He was terrific - did the city tour with us and then the longhouse trip and airport shuttle as well. The trip was really a dream come true for all of us. The Ritz in Singapore is amazing and the Hilton in Kuching was lovely as well - could use a little refurbishing, but it was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the people there as well as the location. In fact, we spent a lot of time chatting with the new manager who has come to see how they can improve (he's originally from England) so I think it is only going to get better. I can't say enough good things about Singapore Airlines. They were wonderful. Thank you VERY MUCH for making this trip possible for us. We will recommend you to anyone we know who is planning to travel to Southeast Asia. Gratefully!

I just want to take a moment to tell you that my trip to China was incredible. I am particularly pleased that your company did keep its word that the tour would go on, no matter the size. I was a tour of "one" and each guide and driver treated me professionally and courteously. The sites were incredible each guides' familiarity with the ancient history as well as modern-day points was phenomenal. I have a much better understanding of the five major dynasties of China.
I particularly appreciated the guide's flexibility in slightly modifying the schedule or sites--the museum visits became a little monotonous, and was able to encourage the guide to show me something else. Additionally, the advantage of being such a small group is that some site visits were over quickly. I was able to add the Chongqing Zoo (and the Pandas!) and a theater performance.
The guides' English proficiency and comfort with the language helped make this a memorable holiday. The drivers were courteous, professional and ensured my comfort by making water available during the tours. And, I was very impressed by the way they skillfully maneuvered trough traffic. I don't think I would want to drive in China.
A change in the cruise port of disembarkation due to the earthquake in Sichuan Province was only a slight nuisance--my ship was canceled and tours were consolidated. Tracy, the Tour Guide in Wuhan worked with her office to confirm the new arrangements (I stayed overnight in Wuhan and traveled by motor coach to Yiechang) and she was very concerned that I was tken care of and comfortable. I appreciate that concern and regret that I was not able to see her the next day and offer a gratuity. (Is there any way I can send a tip from here?)
I especially want to acknowledge my Beijing Tour Guide, Candy (Tao Junyan). She was meticulous, thorough, intelligent, knowledgeable--and even assisted my desire to see the "History of Kung Fu" on her day off. She escorted me to the theater and ensured I was safely ensconced in my seat. I appreciate the dedication. My driver, Mr. Bao, added an additional feeling of security.
And, to you, my tour operator, I want to say, "Thank you!" Your guidance, processing of documents and response to my questions was exceptional service at its best. And, when you were not around to answer my frantic question about the airline tickets, other members of the staff assisted me quickly.
I really want my next trip to be Egypt, but I may need to take another Asian vacation just to have you handle the arrangements.
